Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by e-mail or telephone at any time until the goods have been despatched, for a full refund. Once the goods have been despatched, you will then have 14 days to change your mind and return the goods under our returns policy.

Returns

You can return any item purchased from The Sheep shop within fourteen days of delivery for a full refund or exchange as long as the item is returned in its original packaging, with tags attached and in the condition in which it was sold. To return an item, please re-seal the postal package and send it back to us, along with a completed returns form clearly stating your order number and whether you would like a refund or exchange to the following address:

For your security we recommend that any returns are made using a signed for postal service or a postal service that insures you for the value of goods being returned.

In the unlikely case of faulty items, please contact our customer services department via email where we will discuss the best solution and organise any returns or replacement goods.

Returns Policy

Upon receipt or your order please check your items are in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem.

When returning an item the condition and safe return of the goods will remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach our warehouse. For this reason we recommend you use a signed for postal service or a postal service that insures you for the value of goods being returned.

If returned goods (unless they are being returned because they are faulty) arrive back to us in a non-resaleable condition, or with tags removed, then we reserve the right to deduct a fair sum from any refund in compensation for returning the goods to a re-saleable condition. We shall of course discuss this with you before making any deduction should this be the case.

The additional cost of next-day delivery costs (over and above any standard delivery fee, if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the item is returned due to being faulty, in which case the full delivery costs will be refunded to the customer.
